Walnut Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


  • 2- 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c white or wheat flour
  • 3/4 c oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/3 c walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1/4 c almond or cashew milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 c dark chocolate chips


Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees. Add the regular flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and walnuts to a bowl and mix.

Step 2: Mash your bananas, then add milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and honey and mix well.

Step 3: Add the wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix well enough that all ingredients are incorporated. Then fold in your chocolate chips.


Step 4: Lightly grease your 8 x 5 loaf pan and pour your banana bread mixture inside then place in the oven. Cook for 50 minutes, let it cool for 10, then enjoy your healthy and super tasty banana bread!
